TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Competition is open to everyone whether they be clients, suppliers, trade contractors or employees. The only parties who can not enter are family and work colleagues of the sole judge, Brian McMillan of Gerrard Industries.
One prize quarterly prize of $1,000 in products from Clipsal’s extensive range will be offered to the winning entrant of Competition 1 and Competition 2.
Competition 1 will commence at 6.00am on 1 October 2008 and will conclude at midnight on 31 December, 2008. Entries for Competition 1 must be received by Integrity New Homes during the period Competition 1 operates. The winning entrant will be advised in writing on or before 31 January 2009.
Competition 2 will commence at 6.00am on 1 January 2009 and will conclude at midnight on 31 March, 2008. Entries for Competition 2 must be received by Integrity New Homes during the period Competition 2 operates. The winning entrant will be advised in writing on or before 30 April 2009.
There is no limit to the number of entries per person and the Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Digital manipulation is allowed and the images must be a minimum of 300dpi.
The entrant has gained express permission from the owners of the home to use the images of the home and/or the images of the owner and the home for the purposes of entering the competition with the understanding that the images could be used for marketing purposes by Integrity New Homes and its affiliates. Integrity New Homes will retain all images and will own all intellectual property rights, including copyright, to every image entered. The entrant assigns all intellectual property rights to Integrity IP Pty Ltd.
While the administrators of integritynewhomes.com.au will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every post. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to this site express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of integritynewhomes.com.au have the right to remove or edit any content at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster and administrator cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
