Management Structure/Expertise
 
 
General Manager, Glenn Leet, holds a Bachelor of Business, a New South Wales building supervisor's licence and a Queensland supervisor licence.

 
Construction Manager, Darryl Leet, holds a New South Wales building supervisor's licence and held a New South Wales builder's licence for 30 years.

 
Regional Manager New South Wales, Paul Phinn, holds a New South Wales licensed building supervisor qualification.

 
Franchise Operations Manager, Richard Bremner, holds Bachelor of Business and Master of Business Administration degrees and has held management positions with three of Australia's largest and oldest building franchise companies.

 
Accounts Manager, Graham McPherson, is a Certified Practicing Accountant. Graham and also heads up the land management business.

 
Designers prepare preliminary designs and complete all working drawings.

 
Estimators price and administer all jobs.

 
Project managers each administer projects valued at approximately $3 million and all hold current New South Wales trade licences and supervisors' licences in their own names. These projects are all completed on average 15% under allowed contractual times and are testament to our business structure which allows for high supervision levels.

 
There are also experienced and energetic staff in graphic design and software development.

Brief History
     
 
1999-2002. Darryl Leet fulfilled the role of Cavalier Homes Australia construction supervisor for Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas.

 
2002-2007. Darryl and son, Glenn Leet, enter into a franchise arrangement and commence trading as Cavalier Homes Coffs Harbour.

 
2002-2003. Cavalier Homes Coffs Harbour turns over $3 million.

 
2003-2004. Astute decision making sees annual turnover rise to approximately $7.3 million.

 
2004 -2005. Market share continues to grow with an emphasis on customer satisfaction through affordable and quality construction techniques. Annual turnover increases too approximately $11.5 million.

 
2005-2006. Annual turnover rises to $12.5 million reflecting a 9% growth in business in a year when the New South Wales building industry declined by 21% across the board.

 
2006-2007 saw turnover flatten out to approximately $12 million as the company ended its association with Cavalier Homes Australia and focused on establishing the Integrity New Homesbrand with turnover for 2007-2008 of more than $17 million. Integrity New Homes is established specialising in one-off client designed homes, units, and steep site solutions.

 
2007. Integrity Commercial Construction Pty Ltd, Integrity Finance Pty Ltd, Integrity IP Pty Ltd, Integrity Projex I Pty Ltd, Integrity Projex II Pty Ltd, Integrity Projex III Pty Ltd, Integrity Projex IV Pty Ltd and Integrity Home Renovations Pty Ltd launched.

 
2007. Integrity Land Development Pty Ltd launched and Graham McPherson (CPA) joins the group in the role of Land Development Manager.

 
2007. Integrity New Homes launches the innovative and in-house developed iGyro software program to manage every administrative aspect of a building company including standard correspondence, management reports, quick estimating and project management.

 
2007. Queensland builder's license secured and the first projects commence in South-East Queensland and Airlie Beach the following year.

 
2008. The quick and accurate iProx sales estimating system is developed and launched.

 
2008. Integrity Franchising Pty Ltd launched with the establishment of a building franchise system and establishment of a Brisbane office.

Granted first rights to another available Cavalier franchise area in 2006. This additional area covers Yamba to Tweed Heads (Australia's fastest growth area for new homes). The additional area is successfully administered by existing local staff and supported by the Coffs Harbour office.

 
Winner HIA North Coast Display Home of the Year 2005.

 
Finalist HIA Custom Built Home of the Year Under $400,000 and HIA Custom Built Home of the Year Under $800,000 for 2005.

 
The Housing Industry of Australia (HIA) rate Cavalier Homes Coffs Harbour as the New South Wales north coast's fastest growing builder in 2005. This was achieved by a commitment to total client satisfaction and by a high percentage of repeat clients (particularly large investors). The repeat investor clients no longer approach competing builders due to the level of Integrity's supervision and quality.

 
Cavalier Homes Coffs Harbour is named Cavalier Homes Australia and New Zealand Franchise of the Year 2003 from a field of more than 50 franchisee builders in Australia and New Zealand.
