We have all heard building horror stories from family and friends and seen television shows highlighting shoddy workmanship. But the reality is that each year tens of thousands of tradesmanlike new homes are built nationally.

Even in the fast paced world we all live in these days, there are Integrity clients who take the time to drop us a line and thank the company for the work that has been done on their new home.

We also observe that new homes are one of the few hand built products still made today. Nearly every other product you care to name - including bread - is manufactured by machines.

Because homes are made by hand by around 30 tradespeople there will be mistakes that occur from time-to-time. We and our team of qualified trade contractors are human.

What we will do if a mistake occurs is move swiftly to identify the problem, discuss a solution with you and then rectify.

We also recognise our clients are human too and make mistakes. So when a client makes a mistake we communicate with them and come up with solutions.
