Welcome to the April 2009 edition of Integrity News and an extra special welcome to all our new subscribers.
It has now been four months since the launch of our quality assurance program known as Integrity Edge. This program is one of the most exciting and significant developments at Integrity New Homes as it brings to our clients an extra level of assurance that their new home will be built to industry best practice in accordance with a comprehensive quality assurance program.
Integrity Edge has been developed by the Project Management team at Integrity New Homes and combines the construction industry knowledge of some of the most experienced Project Managers working in the construction industry today (special thanks goes to David Hamilton and Darryl Leet for the development).
The program is broken into eight key stages and project managers are required to ensure that at each stage the new home is built in compliance with the program. Client participation in this process is encouraged and at any time clients are invited to request the opportunity to inspect the Integrity Edge documents relating to their new home and ask any questions they may have. In the program, clients are formally invited to attend the site three times to check off on key stages of construction however attendance is not compulsory.
