INTEGRITY WINS
MAJOR AWARD
Integrity New Homes, has won the Australian Housing Industry Association’s prestigious NSW Professional Small/Medium Builder of the Year Award 2008/2009 and goes through as a national finalist (the company will have to enter the large builder category next year due to an increase in the volume of homes built).
The award was won from a field of five state finalists and recognises excellence in all parts of construction from sales, design and value-for-money, through to build quality and client communication and follow up maintenance.
This award reinforces the notion that market leading building companies have to operate at a high level of professional in every aspect of new home construction.
This is an incredibly competitive industry and you have to perform on all fronts just to survive – it is only when you strive to give your clients something more that you start to grow market share.
We don’t see awards as a means to an end but rather casting a spotlight on the collective endeavour of the Integrity team to be part of a business which genuinely strives to deliver a positively memorable building experience.
The judges were particular impressed with the Integrity Communication Guarantee, which is our commitment to communicate with every client at least once every two weeks from the date of initial deposit until the day the new home is complete.
Rather than keep our clients at arm’s-length and avoid them, we recognise that regular and timely communication is one of the most important parts of new home construction.
BRISBANE OFFICE LAUNCHED
The recent opening of the Integrity Group’s Brisbane office is a key step in the long-term growth strategy and also provides a capital city base to service the sale and construction of new homes in South East Queensland.
The new office, located in the near northern city suburb of Alderley, will become the hub of Integrity’s franchise network which will kick off in the New Year. We will talk more about franchising in coming editions.
While the new office came on line in November, the Queensland new home sales team of Amanda Slimming and Damon Newell, have already been very active in the market for some time establishing relationships with agents, developers and new home buyers.
A few highlights follow.

SOUTH-EAST QUEENSLAND ACTION
A key relationship is being developed with market leaders, Colliers International Land Marketing, which have a large number of Queensland estates on their books in locations including: the Gold Coast; Brisbane south, west and north; Gatton; Laidley; Toowoomba; Hervey Bay; and Townsville.
Colliers International Land Marketing, Marketing and Operations Manager, Clinton Trezise, said: “as an active and progressive land marketer we are always looking at ways of adding value to the developers we represent.
“We recognise the importance of establishing a strategic relationship with Integrity as a design driven builder which will enhance estates with appealing and attractive homes” Clinton said.

Over at Springfield Lakes, the master planned community to Brisbane’s west, Amanda Slimming, has been working closely with St George’s Amber Solomon, in servicing first home buyers drawn by the estate’s very appealing leafy public spaces and liveability.
There are a large number of undulating sites at Springfield Lakes which Integrity is ideally placed to build due to the company’s steep site expertise.
“We have developed a great relationship with the St George Bank sharing a similar commitment to customer service excellence with a ‘can do’ attitude,” Amanda said.

AIRLIE BEACH
Gold Coast based Integrity Sales Consultant, Damon Newell, has certainly spread his wings driving the establishment of operations in Airlie Beach.
Integrity is building a custom designed steep site home at the Whitsunday Shores estate at Cannonvale just outside of Airlie and is about to commence work on 14 townhouses for a developer in the same area.
Damon has found project home builders are not interested in steep sites focusing on offering standard slab on ground designs with minimal changes.
Integrity’s willingness to come up with design solutions for a range of blocks is stimulating significant interest from developers and new home buyers.
