I/We understand the quoted price is a preliminary estimate only and all pricing is subject to Integrity New Homes office approval.

I/We understand brochure elevations are provided as a guide only and any photographs appearing on Integrity New Home brochures of finished homes are indicative only and do not constitute an offer of what will be included in any individual home.

I/we understand display home furnishings, window and floor coverings (except tiles to wet areas), air conditioning, security, office equipment, fencing and hard and soft landscaping are not included unless stated and costed as an additional requirement in this Home Design Order Form.

I/we understand inclusions along with display home designs vary throughout Australia and New Zealand and are indicative only and do not constitute an offer of what will be included in any individual home. I/We will refer to our Construction Contract for the specific design and inclusion details of my/our new home and will not rely on any verbal agreements.

I/we understand every Integrity New Homes office is independently owned and operated by a local licensed builder controlled by applicable local regulations and statutory requirements and I/we will be entering into a Construction Contract with the independent licensed builder stated on the Construction Contract.

Standard of Finish: I/We understand that:

• Integrity New Homes seeks products of the highest level of finish from its suppliers but due to the nature of mass manufactured and natural occurring products doesn’t always receive it, so products (like timber, bricks and tiles) used in the construction of the home can be subject to variations and imperfections.
• Up to 30 different tradespeople will be involved in the construction of your home and all tradesmanship will be checked thoroughly with reference to the Guide to Standards and Tolerances 2007.
• Some imperfections in a handmade product will occur and are acceptable but all homes will be finished to the display home comparable quality.

We agree to show tolerance and patience with all involved in the construction of our new home.
